Insurance and Billing
The Endoscopy Center accepts most major insurance. As a courtesy to you, we will bill your insurance carrier for you; however, we cannot tell you what your policy will cover. Since your insurance policy and coverage are between you and your carrier, we urge you to contact them prior to your procedure. You will be responsible for any co-pays and deductibles. We accept cash, check or credit card.

Office ran things smoothly and procedure went exactly as they explained.

Everyone there were very professional and helped me to get through the procedure with no problems. Dr. Ergen was great and explained everything to me before and after.

This place functions like a well oiled machine... Totally professional every one. Dr Altowil is really personable and nice, which always helps. The only thing I would change is the long wait between being prepped with the IV etc and actually being taken to the procedure suite.

Dr. Dickson was professional and easy to trust. The staff and the anesthesiologist were great. I did think I would get my results on the biopsy sooner. The nice lady who was to email me the colonoscopy report, as well as, the biopsy report never did email me. I finally went to fast pace primary care and was encouraged. It is believed that I have a gallbladder issue and she set me up with a general surgeon. I will not return to Elizabeth Bell due to her throwing away the main copy of my CT scan!!!! Told me it was a mistake and I was being confused with another patient! This is unacceptable. Getting to speak with anyone is difficult. Sorry about my rant, but it has been a very difficult road for me since early December and I still don't know what's wrong. Do I have diverticulitis? Then microscopic colitis was ruled out, but that's all I know. Now it looks like a gallbladder issue.I just want to raise my hands up and say, what the hell!!! I finally got blood work done this past week.And I see the general surgeon in february. Maybe now I will get some answers. I'm crying as I write this because no one seems to care.
